A signing bonus up to $3,000 is being offered for a limited time to experienced diesel technicians. Additional benefits include reasonable reimbursement for moving costs, very competitive wages, health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(K) retirement plan and paid vacation/holidays.

John Deere College Programs
TECH – The TECH program trains students to diagnose and repair machines with the latest high-tech electronics and software programs. Students also complete an internship. (Associates Degree)
PARTS – The PARTS program trains students in developing skills to manage equipment and parts inventories with computer software and bar-coding technology. Students complete an internship. (Associates Degree)
DEALERSHIP MANAGEMENT – Students learn business and management principles for operating a John Deere Dealership. (Bachelors Degree)
